What is the BMGG App?
The BMGG App is a registration and management platform for Bhavin's Millennium Garba Group events. It simplifies registration, access, announcements, profile management, and photo album access.
Who can use the app?
Anyone willing to join Bhavin's Millennium Garba Group as a member has to do so via the app. Roles include Members, Sub-Admins (event managers), and Admins.
How do I register?
Download the app, sign up with your name and mobile number, upload a selfie, and submit your registration. Profile will be submitted for approved by Sub-Admins and sent for verification to Admin.
How is my selfie used?
Your selfie helps verify your identity and allows the app to auto-tag or filter your images in event photo albums.
How to verify profile?
Profiles are usually approved for verification by Sub-Admins. Once confirmed, your status will be updated in the app. Always contact official BMGG Sub-Admins.
What happens if my profile isn't verified?
You may not be granted access to the facilities or event until profile verification is complete. Contact your Sub-Admin for clarification.
What is Trial, how can I get Trial?
Trail is granted for access to BMGG's facilities before applying for verification. Every new account is granted a trial of 7 days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) upon successful registration.
Can I edit my profile?
No, profiles once created cant be edited, however in some cases modifications can be made by requesting changes to sub admin, or any members of administration.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, use the "Delete Profile" option under your account settings. This will permanently remove your data.
Is my data secure?
We take data privacy seriously and use standard encryption and security practices. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
